However, if you’re not happy with our product, we try to be very forthcoming. You are our advertising! And even when you’re not satisfied with our products, we’ll do our best to make you satisfied with our service.
If you want to return a product, just send an e-mail to email@example.com and mention the name that was used for the order, or the order number (preferably both) and let us know that you want to return a product. A reason for your return would be very much appreciated (we try and learn from feedback), but is not required.
We will then send you the instructions for a return as soon as we can.
